The Alias

The Alias (Julian Gingell & Barry Stone) are an award winning production, songwriting and remix team.

Recent production work includes the albums "Tears On The Dancefloor" and "What The Future Holds" by Steps as well as "Crying At The Discotheque" by Sophie Ellis-Bextor. They have co written & produced tracks for The Saturdays, Dannii Minogue and numerous other pop artists.

In 2001 they wrote the 'American Idol' theme music with Cathy Dennis which is currently used across all Idol franchises worldwide.

Their remix work includes international hits for Little Mix, Britney Spears, Demi Lovato, Girls Aloud, Nicole Scherzinger, Selena Gomez and Will Young.
